Shipping
Items will be shipped USPS Priority Mail within 5 business days from receipt of order. Customers will be notified of any back ordered items. Shipping insurance is highly recommended, especially for breakable items. Although we do our best to package and protect our products, we cannot be responsible for items damaged in transit.
During the check-out process, please note in the "Comments Section" if shipping insurance is desired. The corresponding insurance rate will then be added to the merchandise total at time of processing.

*The estimated shipping charge is the cumulative amount for all items if packaged separately. The actual shipping charge may be less, when items are packaged together. However, the amount charged will be the amount originally estimated.
Returns
If not fully satisfied with an item, that item may be returned for a refund of the purchase price. All returns must be made within 14 days from original shipping date. Return shipping charges will be incurred by the customer. All returns must be in original packaging and include a return authorization number obtained online or via phone.
